New Feature

We have made some welcome changes to the work order importing process. You now have the ability to import custom fields.  In addition, you are now able to import RCA  ( Root Cause Analysis ) fields, these are also known as Problem Code, Cause Code, and Action Codes when importing work orders.

You will need to have your RCA fields preconfigured and imported beforehand.

 Please note that  ‘Link’ type custom fields are not supported as part of this feature enhancement.

 

Bug Fixes

 With this bug fix, we have fixed the issue where weekly time-based scheduled maintenances, triggered to occur for more than 1 day a week would sometime fail.
