Mobile Beta-viewing , editing and assigning work requests (Admin only)

When you are logged in as the Admin,

You can view and edit work requests and assign them to your users

 

  1. Open the work order as an Admin
  2. Go to the tab Work Request
  3. Add details such as Priority, Assets, Maintenance Details
  4. Work orders in a requested status are in a pending status, make sure you change the status to an open status so the notifications can get sent to your technicians and it can show up on their list of work to do.
  5. You can add tasks and assign users to these tasks
  6. When adding tasks you can add or change task type, put in additional task-specific details and you can also include Estimated Time for that task.
  7. Hit Submit to send and save this work order
