How Do I Add/Remove Seats To/From My CMMS

Overview

The process of adding additional seats to your CMMS is quick and easy. You can add additional seats from within your CMMS. Our policy differs slightly when paying by Credit Card, as opposed to Cheque or EFT.  This procedure will demonstrate how to add additional seats using all three payment methods.

1. Paying by Credit Card:

1.  To pay for additional seats using a credit card, click Settings, Account Settings, and Add Seats

 

2.  Enter the total number of seats that you want to upgrade to in the User field. For example, if I have 5 seats, and I want to add an additional 3 seats, then I would enter a value of 8 to the User field. Click Upgrade to complete.

 

3.  If you are paying by Credit Card, then you will be charged straight away, and receive a receipt via email confirming your transaction.  Your account information will reflect the changes.

 

2. Paying By Cheque or EFT

1. To pay for additional seats by cheque or EFT, click Settings, Account Settings, and Add Seats

 

2.  Enter the total number of seats that you want to upgrade to in the User field. For example, if I have 5 seats, and I want to add an additional 3 seats, then I would enter a value of 8 to the User field. Click Upgrade to complete.

 

3. When paying by Cheque or EFT, then you are given 15 days grace. You will receive an invoice which must be accepted, and paid within the required timeframe.  If it is not, then the users will be removed until the payment has been made. You will notice your updated account information.

Note:- Any banking charges incurred when adding users are at the customers expense

 

3. Removing Seats

To remove seats from your CMMS, you will need to contact your account manager, who will then make the changes for you. These changes cannot be made from within the system.
