List of Widgets

This is a list of all the widgets currently available on the Fiix dashboard, with a brief description of each.

 

Administrators can manage dashboard roles through their CMMS settings.

Note: Dashboard roles are not the same as user groups. Any new or existing user groups can be mapped to the four dashboard roles.  This defines which type of dashboard one will see when logging in.

Available to all dashboard users:

 

Open work orders

Number of open work orders, with a direct link to the associated list.

 

Users can add multiple instances of the widget for comparison purposes, with customized filtering per widget.

High priority work orders

Number of high priority work orders, with a direct link to the associated list.

Users can add multiple instances of the widget for comparison purposes, with customized filtering per widget.

Work order backlog

The total number of hours, associated with open work orders.

Users can add multiple instances of the widget for comparison purposes, with customized filtering per widget.

Closed work orders

The number of closed work orders. You can filter the result based on priority, asset, asset category, maintenance type, and date.

Overdue scheduled maintenance

The number of overdue PM work orders. You can filter the result based on user groups, priority, maintenance type, and date.

Current offline assets

The number of assets that are currently offline.

Work Order by Status

The number of work orders, based on their status.

Available to admins, technicians and managers:

 

Overdue work orders

The number of open work orders that passed expected completion date. You can filter by user groups.

Users can add multiple instances of the widget for comparison purposes, with customized filtering per widget.

Work requests

Available to admins, managers, and purchasing

Low stock items

Number of parts/supplies in stock that are currently below minimum quantity

PO's awaiting approval

Number of purchase orders that are currently in status of Awaiting Approval

Overdue RFQs

Total number of RFQs that have surpassed their due date, with a direct link to associated list.

Overdue POs

The number of open purchase orders that passed their expected delivery date.

Available to admins and managers

 

Schedule compliance

Percentage of scheduled PM's completed before their suggested completion date. You can filter the result based on maintenance type, user groups and asset.

 

Users can add multiple instances of the widget for comparison purposes, with customized filtering per widget.

On-time completion rate

Percentages of work orders completed before their suggested completion date.

MTTR

Mean time to repair for a selected asset or asset category

Unscheduled open work orders

Number of work orders that do not have a scheduled completion date

Available to admins only

 

Asset offline count

The number of times an asset is taken offline for a particular reason. You can filter the result based on reason and asset.
